The following assemblies maintain no connections on the public site. All tables and /gbdb files may be safely deleted.

The following assemblies have been archived, but there are still tracks remaining on other assemblies with links pointing to them. Some links on the details pages of these tracks will not appear or will not function if the /gbd/<db> files are missing. If a mirror site is not hosting any of the assemblies listed or if the links are not needed, then the /gbdb/<db> files for these assemblies can be deleted.

The following assemblies have liftOver and Convert functionality that require /gbdb/<db> files. If these functions are expendable, mirrors can delete these files. The liftOver and Convert options simply disappear. No tracks in any assembly have links to these files.
