A user found a bug in the significance threshold of Genome Graphs. Galt fixed it. Andy patched it. It is now working on hgwbeta. Still needs to be tested on the RR when the CGIs go out.

Angie updated the acc and FlyBaseId links to latest FlyBase gene query format. This fixes the link to 'BDGP Acc' in dm2 GeneSorter. This is now working on hgwbeta.

- Help Hiram test the database feature first on mgc, then the rest of the RR machines.
- rsync of hgNearData to remove extra *.ra files that are causing conflicts.
