I'm a naive and inefficient PhD-student, playing around with the UCSC instead of doing some serious statistical anlyses. I've studied CS, now working on C. intestinalis. I'm trying to predict enhancers. My lab is located close to Paris/France at a neuro-biological institute.

Still trying to understand "UCSC speak" with all its abbreviations...
