  • Administrative
    • If you're a foreigner on J1 visa: you need ISSS to get your SEVIS entry OKed before you can apply for a social security number. After this, you have to wait until a day that is at least 10 days after your entry into the US, and 48 hours after ISSS has made the entry
    • You will have an appointment at Human Resources on the ground floor of the Engineering 2 building (that's where we are) where you will have to fill out and sign tons of forms. They might also give you a campus map
