I'm a research student at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard School of Public Health. My main work is about computational biology and biostatistics. I program in using C++/C#, Python, R, Fortran and LISP. I'm interested in almost all the areas like epigenetics, genomic architecture, transcription and replication mechanism, statistical and population genetics, high-dimensional data analysis, MCMC, Bayesian analysis, perturbation theory, stochastic processes, statistical or machine learning, robot vision, pure maths/physics and even history and economics. Currently I'm working with Franziska Michor at DFCI on cancer genomic architecture, DNA methylation and mathematical modeling in cancer.
