I'm a research student at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard School of Public Health. My main work is on computational biology and biostatistics. I'm interested in almost all the areas like epigenetics, genomic architecture, transcription and replication mechanism, statistical and population genetics, high-dimensional data analysis, MCMC, Bayesian analysis, stochastic processes, statistical or machine learning, robot vision, pure maths and physics. Currently I'm working with Franziska Michor at DFCI on cancer genomic architecture, DNA methylation and mathematical modeling in cancer.
