Studied Chemistry and graduated with Honors at the University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras Campus.

I am currently studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison doing my PhD in the Department of Cellular and Molecular Pathology. I work with Dr. John Svaren understanding the Transcriptional controls of Peripheral Nerve myelination and its involvement in peripheral neuropathies.
