The UCSC Genome Browser: new display modes to facilitate study of clinical data
Multi-region
The "multi-region" display modes allow you to display multiple regions of a genome in a single window. There are four modes of this new feature: exon-only, gene-only, alternate haplotypes and custom regions. Each mode allows you to view multiple regions of the genome stitched together in different ways. For more information, see the user's guide: https://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/multiRegionHelp.html.
