This region of the scaffold contains miRNA sequences orthologous to human mir-379 to mir-656 microRNA cluster on human chromosome 14 (hg18, chr14:100,556,168-100,606,529). Identifiable miRNA sequences in 5' to 3' order: mir-379, mir-411, mir-299, mir-mir-380, mir-382, mir-154.
