Since this wiki site is based on the same software operated at Wikipedia, the help pages there on editing are useful and appropriate to editing pages here. For example, How to edit a page.
Creating new pages
Enter your new page title in the "search" bar on the left, press the "Go" button
This results in a failed search page, but note the first sentence that says:
No page with this exact title exists, trying full search
The phrase "this exact title" is a URL link which will take you into the editor for this new page. Add content there, save and you have created the new page.
Creating URL Links from your pages
For internal links to pages within this Wiki: In your page text, enclose the title of the page you want to link to in double square brackets: [[Main Page]] which appears as Main Page.
