Next item button

The next item button is a genome browser navigation button placed on the browser window itself. Clicking the button will move the browser window to the next (or previous) feature. The button has the potential to be on any kind of track, but currently it's only implemented for the tracks falling into the linkedFeatures category.

Currently on linkedFeatures tracks, the next exon functionality is present, but the next gene functionality is not.
