I am a Computational Scientist in the BioHPC High Performance Computing group at UT Southwestern Medical Center. After 6 years working in computational proteomics at Oxford and UTSW I joined BioHPC and now carry out development, support and research work in a variety of areas. My more distant background is in Computer Science, particularly machine learning for biological sequence classification with neural networks.
