Kuang-Yu Liu is a genetic epidemiologist and has been working on genome-wide and candidate gene analysis for many years. He has published papers in the related field and has experience using NCBI, ENSEMBL and UCSC Genome Browser resource to facilitate his research. Recently he starts to analyze next-gen DNA-seq and RNA-seq data based on human heart tissues in order to understand better the etiology of peri-operative complications following CABG and/or valve surgery.
