Hi! I work on the UCSC Genome Browser as a QA Engineer and have been on the staff since June 2005. My main responsibilities fall into these categories:

  • Ensure quality of data and software
  • Help answer questions from users
  • Write scripts to support work of QA Team
  • Troubleshoot problems on the public website
