I have Ph.D. in molecular biology and bioinformatics. I published papers studying E.coli, HIV and was one of many coauthors in Celera human genome paper. Later I worked in ABI/Life technologies developing TaqMan qPCR assays for gene expression, SNPs, miRNA, etc.
