I am a graduate student in the Genetics Dept at the University of Wisconsin. Our lab studies plant epigenetics and we are interested in how overall genome regulation is completed through histone methylation, acetylation and DNA methylation. I have a background in microbiology and am interested in use of both biotechnology and bioinformatics to further our understanding of the molecular mechanisms of life.
