Dr. Dozmorov is a senior research scientist at Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation in the department of Arthritis and Clinical Immunology. He has over 7 years of experience working with microarray and next generation sequencing data analysis, bioinformatics and computational biology, algorithm development and biomedical research. Prior joining OMRF, Dr. Dozmorov worked in a field of cancer biology applying bioinformatics methods in an effort to get deeper understanding of biological systems using different layers of high-information biological data. His research interests lie in the fields of immunology, cancer biology, application and analysis of next generation sequencing data and epigenomic data, data integration, investigation of the rules of genome and epigenome organization in biological context.
