I work in the Rosenfeld lab at the Cambridge Research Institute.

The primary goal of the group is to develop new diagnostic strategies by combining advanced molecular technologies with computational and genomic approaches. In particular, to explore and exploit the diagnostic potential of circulating and cell free tumour DNA.

The main focus of my research is the development of next generation sequencing methods for rare mutation detection.
