My name is Ali Sarraf, and I am a Cytogenetics and cytogenomics technologist at OHSU Cytogenetics laboratory in Portland, Oregon. My background is in clinical microbiology, molecular genetics, and cytogenetics. In my professional career, I have worked for Vancouver General Hospital Cytogentics, BC Children Hospital's Molecular Genetics Lab, in Vancouver BC Canada, And Signature Genomics, in Spokane Washington.

My most resent degree is a post degree diploma in clinical genetics from BC Institute of Technology in Burnaby, BC. I also have a BSc in Microbiology from Azad University in Tehran, Iran.
