I am the Vice President of Laboratory Operations at Adaptive Biotechnologies in Seattle, WA where we use next-generation DNA sequencing to profile the diversity of the adaptive immune loci in humans and model species. Formerly, I was the senior project manager of the Environmental Genome Project at the University of Washington. I received my Ph.D. in pathology from the University of Washington School of Medicine and then trained as a NIAID post-doctoral fellow.
