Browser feature requests

Please add feature requests to the following list:

• fixup wigColorBy option to be able to use column 9 itemRgb colors when present (2008-05-09)

   - second request for this (from ENCODE investigator at CSHL)

• add 'mask variants' option to the 'get sequence' output of the table browser (Daryl; 2009-07-10). This would be helpful for users who are designing primers for cloning, amplifying, or sequencing specific regions. Hard masking, soft masking, and IUPAC masking would all be nice options. Variants could be taken from SNP tables, CNVs, other variants, or possibly any other track, including custom tracks.
