This page expands on the poster 'Visualizing proteomics data in genomic context using the UCSC Genome Browser', prepared by Kate Rosenbloom at UCSC, and presented by Eric Deutsch (Institute for System Biology, Seattle) at the Human Proteome Organization 2015 Congress (Sept. 2015 Vancouver). The poster showcases the Genome Browser track of human peptide identifications from the PeptideAtlas proteomics database, and the NCI Clinical Proteomics (CPTAC) track data hub of peptide identifications and quantification from tumor samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas.
